INSTRUCTIONS TO LOAD VIDEO TO iPHONE or iPOD

If you have an iPhone, use the this Folder, if you have an iPod Nano, use the this Folder.

To import videos onto your iphone or ipod video, you'll need to have the latest iTunes installed on your computer. You can download it from www.apple.com Download the video you'd like from the list, or right click the file and "save target" or "save link" as... Open your iTunes program and select "add to library" from the file menu. The movie will now be listed under the "Movies" tab. Drag this movie to your iPhone or iPod device. That's it.
